Zoom Ventures focuses on three core investment areas: functional solutions spanning sales and service, industry solutions including healthcare and financial services, and foundational AI technologies. The fund typically caps participation at 20% of a given round to ensure a balanced and collaborative cap table, and generally does not take board seats. Portfolio companies gain access to Zoom's network, executive leadership, partner network, and customer base.
