Israeli artificial intelligence startup Euno says it’s trying to build an AI-native “context brain” for autonomous agents after raising $23 million in an early-stage funding today.
The Series A round was led by N47 and saw participation from a host of other backers, including 10D, which led its seed round, and angels such as Wiz Inc. co-founder Yinon Kostika, Cyera Inc. co-founder Yotam Segev, Eon co-founder Ofir Ehrlich and Tavily founder Rotem Weiss. Euno has now raised $29 million in total funding.
The company, officially known as Delphi.io Inc., is building an enterprise-scale data platform that’s designed to continuously learn about the way organizations get work done. It studies how they create, use and govern their business data, then extracts this knowledge into a context layer that AI agents can tap into to get work done in a reliable manner.
As Euno co-founder and Chief Executive Sarah Levy explained, the main thing that’s holding back enterprise adoption of AI agents is the lack of trust. Businesses are scared of “hallucinations,” when AI systems create inaccurate outputs, and they’re worried that their agents may end up going rogue. Because of this, many agentic AI projects are still stuck in the prototype phase, unable to move forward.
Levy said the biggest challenge for AI agents is the way business data is structured. It’s documented in a way that makes it easy for humans to access and read, but that means it’s inefficient for machines that want to act on it. When AI systems try to query business information, they have no idea of the business context that’s needed to understand what the data really means or how it connects to other types of data.
Some organizations have tried to provide this context to their agents by creating thousands of pages of documentation, but this is a slow and tedious process that requires constant maintenance. Euno aims to get around this by replacing human-maintained context with a live, AI-native brain.
The startup has conducted extensive research into the best methods of capturing institutional knowledge, Levy said. What it discovered is that much of the context that determines how data should be used and when it can be trusted doesn’t have to be manually curated. Instead, it’s possible to infer this context from operational signals.
Euno takes advantage of this, analyzing patterns continuously across evolving metadata graphs to automatically infer the most critical institutional knowledge. It then refines this context so it can be understood by AI agents. In addition, it also bakes in an organizations’ governance rules to ensure each agent only accesses the context and information it needs to fulfil the specific task assigned to it.
Levy explained that Euno is able to reduce the time it takes to prepare the context layer for agentic deployments from up to a year to just a few weeks. “The long-term AI moat for enterprises will increasingly come from the accumulated record of how work gets done,” she said. “Competitors may have access to the same frontier models, but they cannot easily replicate the proprietary context and experience an enterprise has accumulated through its own operations.”
Euno’s context brain has already helped large enterprises like Zayo Group Holdings Inc. and AlphaSense Inc. to accelerate their agentic deployments, and the funds from today’s round will help it to build on this traction. It currently has a team of about 30 employees, and wants to double this number by the end of next year by adding to its research, sales and marketing teams.
N47 partner Moshe Zilberstein said enterprises are hungry to get their hands on impactful AI agents that can actually speed up their business operations without making mistakes. “For an AI agent to move the needle, it must act on current and trusted business data,” he said. “That demands precise, scalable and contextual infrastructure. Demand for this is accelerating fast, and Euno is the only company building it AI-native, instead of retrofitting a solution meant for people.”
