AuxoAI raises over $20M to bring AI expertise to the enterprise and redesign how work gets done

AuxoAI raises over $20M to bring AI expertise to the enterprise and redesign how work gets done

AuxoAI raises over $20M to bring AI expertise to the enterprise and redesign how work gets done

AuxoAI Inc., an enterprise engineering and consulting company that helps large businesses build and deploy artificial intelligence systems, today announced it has raised $20.7 million in a Series A funding to accelerate growth and scale its enterprise AI consulting model.

The company said it has spent over three years working with Global 2000 enterprises and strategic partners, bringing AI into the core of their operations.  It focuses on combining business-process expertise, data engineering and AI agents – autonomous systems that use artificial intelligence to work with little or no human oversight, with deep insight into company data to complete long-term tasks.

AuxoAI builds AI solutions by sending on-site engineers and strategy teams to understand enterprise culture, data, workflow automation and customer engagement to tailor experiences to business and employee needs.

At the core of the company’s platform is Damia, which the company describes as an FDE Workbench, or “forward-deployed engineer” toolkit that also transforms data into applications and licenses for customers. It combines reusable agent capacities with tools for capturing a company’s business knowledge and processes.

The company said that over the years, it has learned how to work with customers to encode relevant knowledge and relationships and use that to create AI agents around the company’s processes. This preserves what the team learns in software and structured knowledge, rather than only interviews or paper documents, but in living software that can work alongside employees.

The company calls this effect “intelligence embedded in the work itself,” where consulting treats AI as a lever or tool for the customer rather than an end product.

AuxoAI partners with companies that businesses already know and trust, including Google LLC, Amazon Web Services Inc., Snowflake Inc., Databricks Inc. and Microsoft Corp., allowing the company to provide enterprise-ready AI, cloud, data and productivity via these platforms.

NTT Venture Capital, a Silicon Valley venture capital firm backed by Japanese technology conglomerate NTT Inc., led the funding round. The round also included participation from prominent industry executives and strategic investors, such as George Still Jr., partner emeritus at Norwest Venture Partners; Amit Zavery, president, chief product officer and chief operating officer at ServiceNow Inc.; and Giacomo Sonnino, managing director at Charlesbank Capital Partners and former chief operating officer of Quantum Black North America.

NTTVC’s portfolio includes Anthropic PBC, which will bring on another major artificial intelligence leader to extend AuxoAI’s capabilities.

The company said the new funding will serve to accelerate the next phase of its journey to expand its global reach. It aims to provide onsite consulting talent for enterprise AI transformation, invest in proprietary technology and AI-native delivery capabilities, and scale up its presence and strategic ecosystem.
