Lisa Bally, director of finance and operations for the Center for Continuing Education in the UNMC College of Medicine, is retiring after 35 years at the institution. Her UNMC career includes work in pathology and microbiology before she joins the Center for Continuing Education.

Emily Cantrell, MD, will become Nebraska Medicine’s trauma medical director effective March 1. She has served as associate medical director since 2019 and oversees the Level II pediatric trauma center at Nebraska Medical Center.
