Overview

Lyre is a voice AI platform built by 8Labs GmbH that lets teams create AI agents for inbound and outbound phone calls. The agents answer customer questions, take orders, route calls to human employees, run outbound reminders and surveys, and connect to CRMs, calendars, databases and custom APIs, with support for more than 30 languages and a library of custom or cloned voices.

Lyre has its own documentation, quick-start, agent templates and call dashboard, and 8Labs sells it through a partner program as Lyre by 8Labs Voice AI with pay-per-call pricing. 8Labs markets it as fully GDPR and EU AI Act compliant and EU-hosted, targeting customer support, appointment scheduling, sales qualification and feedback use cases.
