The platform supports collaborative repair orders, shipment and purchase-order tracking, real-time document approvals, supplier scorecards with performance analytics, searchable inventory information, and direct messaging among all parties. Parts businesses connect with MROs and suppliers in their approved vendor list, sync ERP inventory records and purchasing schedules, and send purchase orders and repair orders directly from their ERP, while MROs share status updates and technical documentation with their customers in real time.
