AGMB-101 is a Hepatocyte Growth Factor (HGF)-mimetic antibody that is designed to act through agonism, or stimulation, of the MET receptor.

Ontunisertib (AGMB-129) is an investigational, oral, gastrointestinal (GI)-restricted small molecule inhibitor of ALK5 (TGFβR1) in clinical development for Fibrostenosing Crohn’s Disease (FSCD).

AGMB-447 is an investigational, lung-restricted, inhaled small molecule inhibitor of ALK5 (TGFβR1) in clinical development for Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF).

Expanded access, or compassionate use, allows patients with serious or life-threatening conditions to receive investigational medical products outside clinical trials when no alternative therapies exist.

Andrea Sáez has been AgomAb’s Chief Development Officer since November 2023 and previously led portfolio development from January 2022 to November 2023. Before AgomAb, she held roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Scientific Officer at Origo Biopharma S.L., which AgomAb acquired in 2021.

Ellen Lefever has been AgomAb’s General Counsel since July 2021. She previously worked as Deputy General Counsel and Legal Counsel at Galapagos, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.

Ohad Hammer has been an AgomAb board member since April 2019. He is a Partner at Pontifax Venture Capital and serves on the boards of Pontifax portfolio companies, including Step Pharma SAS and ADCendo ApS.

Paul van der Horst has served as AgomAb’s Chief Business Officer since May 2021 and previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer from May 2024 to November 2024. Before AgomAb, he managed corporate development and investor relations at Galapagos NV.
