Mr. Parro has more than 35 years of executive experience in the offshore oil and gas industry and has served as Aqueos’s Chief Financial Officer since 2010. His background includes financial and operational management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and strategic planning.

Mark Wieneke is Aqueos’s Corporate Diving Director on the West Coast. A graduate of the Santa Barbara Marine Technology program, he has 48 years of diving industry experience and began his career with Sub Sea International.

Pat Jeffries has more than 31 years of diving industry experience. A graduate of the Divers Academy of the Eastern Seaboard in 1993, he began his career at Global Industries as a tender.

Aqueos founder Theodore K. Roche IV has over 46 years of experience in marine construction and commercial diving. Roche served as West Coast Area Manager for Stolt Comex Seaway and West Coast General Manager for Martech.

Aqueos serves the oil and gas and civil markets and responds to the needs of the offshore renewable energy sector.
