Arceus Legal

Fast-growing technology companies need commercial contracts reviewed, negotiated, and drafted quickly, but traditional firms bill by the hour with unpredictable timelines. Arceus pairs licensed U.S. attorneys with AI agents and its own CounselOS system, which draws on each client's preferences, prior agreements, and negotiation history and connects to the tools where the company already works. Work arrives through Slack or email and is quoted at a flat fee before it begins.

Where traditional law firms sell time and legal-software vendors sell tools for in-house teams to run themselves, Arceus takes responsibility for the completed, attorney-reviewed work. That outcome-based model sets it against both outside counsel and contract-review platforms, and it is the basis for extending from contract review into negotiation, drafting, and ongoing counsel.
