Arrail Group provides premium private dental services in China via Arrail Dental and Rytime Dental brands.
Arrail Group operates a nationwide network of dental clinics and hospitals in China under a dual-brand strategy. Its Arrail Dental brand targets the premium private dental services segment, while its Rytime Dental brand serves the mid-end market, together covering patients of different economic and geographic backgrounds.
As of September 30, 2024, the group ran 123 stores, including 112 dental clinics and 11 hospitals across 15 Chinese cities, providing a wide array of general and specialty dental healthcare services. The company has served approximately 11.0 million patient visits over the past ten years and books treatment through its clinic network and dedicated contact lines.
China's private dental services market has grown as public awareness of oral health and dental care has risen, with premium private providers capturing increasing share from public hospital dental departments. Frost & Sullivan data cited in Arrail Group's listing materials positioned the company as the largest player in the premium private dental service market by 2020 revenue and the third largest across China's entire private dental service market.
The market remains structurally regional, with top-tier medical resources concentrated in first-tier cities, which favors scaled national chains able to move expertise across regions. The implementation of centralized procurement policy has pushed the sector toward rational, quality-driven competition, while digital dentistry and AI-assisted workflows are emerging as the next axis of differentiation among larger clinic groups.
According to Frost & Sullivan, Arrail Group was the largest dental services provider in China's premium private dental service market based on 2020 revenue, and the only listed national dental chain institution in the market. Its nationwide footprint covers 15 first- and second-tier cities across four core regions, a scale few competitors can match given the regional character of dental services.
The group backs its premium positioning with a deep medical team and standardized operations. As of September 2021 it employed 882 senior dentists, more than half holding a master's degree or higher with an average 10.2 years of experience, and it rolled out a standardized digital platform and SaaS system for dental operations, procurement, medical records, and patient relationship management across its hospitals and clinics.
