Product Overview

Atomus Aegis is the company's managed security service product, an out-of-box platform that configures endpoints, servers, and cloud environments holding defense data to comply with NIST 800-171, DFARS 7012, and CMMC. It downloads to any endpoint in 30 minutes and builds and manages the 300-plus page system security plan.

The platform autogenerates the compliance artifacts required for the NIST 800-171 A cybersecurity standard and DoD assessment methodology, and pairs its technology with human compliance experts who support audits and ongoing requirements for over 100 aerospace and defense contractors.

Market Outlook

CMMC 2.0 makes cybersecurity certification a contract requirement for Department of Defense contractors, creating durable demand for compliance providers focused on the Defense Industrial Base. Atomus targets the small and medium aerospace and defense contractors that lack dedicated security staff and are hardest hit by compliance costs.

As one of the first organizations to achieve CMMC Level 2 certification, Atomus is positioned to serve the more than 100 aerospace and defense contractors already relying on it as CMMC requirements expand across the defense supply chain.
