Bank of London is a wholesale bank that provides other banks with UK payment infrastructure, correspondent banking and client money management. It supports day-to-day cash management and FCA-compliant segregation of client money, with API access for scaling operations, while client funds are held at the Bank of England and are not subject to the bank’s balance sheet risk.

It gives financial institutions access to Faster Payments and Bacs without the complexity of direct scheme participation, alongside branded payment services backed by safeguarded funds, and provides a cloud-native banking API that clients connect to directly. The firm also supports financial intermediaries such as brokers, solicitors, insurers and hedge funds with banking for regulated client money management.
