Beach Energy

The Bass Basin is located offshore between the southern tip of Victoria and the northern margin of Tasmania in the shallow waters of Bass Strait. Beach Energy extracts natural gas from the Yolla field, transporting it to shore via a 147-kilometre subsea pipeline.

Beach Energy operates significant oil and gas projects in the South Australian Cooper Basin, including Western Flank operations and joint ventures with Santos in the Eromanga Basin.

Beach Energy is currently undertaking a program of onshore conventional gas drilling activities in the South Australian Otway Basin, near Penola in the South East of South Australia. This includes Haselgrove-3, Domey-1, Haselgrove-4 and Katnook Gas plant redevelopment.
