BioBox is a vertically integrated platform supplying knowledge management and engineering infrastructure for biotechnology and pharmaceutical research.
BioBox, founded by University of Toronto graduate students, is a platform serving biotechnology and pharmaceutical research that captures how a research team’s scientists reason and connects that reasoning to the team’s proprietary multi-modal data.
Each BioBox graph uses a custom ontology specific to the team’s scientific needs and is populated with the team’s own proprietary data, not just public data; quantitative data sits directly in the graph rather than being represented by generic entities and relationships that qualitatively encode text. Ranked, traceable outputs let humans and AI agents act on decisions the platform supports. BioBox provides software infrastructure for knowledge management and engineering.
