The platform provides real-time research, alerts, performance tracking, screeners, strategy builders and margin tools that update throughout the trading day.
Clients pay a flat fee per online equity trade and can access commission-free trading on a selection of popular Canadian ETFs. Active traders can elevate their strategy through BMO Active Trader, which includes institutional-grade tools such as an options analyzer, options barometer and paper trading. Accounts include registered options such as TFSA, FHSA, RRSP, RESP and RRIF, as well as non-registered individual, joint, cash and margin accounts.
