Spain's social stock exchange managing a 22 million euro social impact fund.
The Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores registers the vehicle as a European Social Entrepreneurship Fund under number 3, and Afi Inversiones Globales SGIIC acts as its manager. That regulated status places the fund inside the European framework dedicated to social entrepreneurship vehicles.
In 2023 the CNMV registered the fund under Article 9 of the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation, the highest sustainability classification available under that framework. The Article 9 designation marks a vehicle that pursues sustainable investment as a stated objective.
