bpost Shipping Platform is an online service for sending parcels, where customers create and pay for a shipping label online. Within Belgium, parcels of up to 30 kg are delivered the next working day to an address, a Pick-up point, or a Bbox, and a national option with warranty up to EUR 500 adds receiver signature with date and in-person delivery.

For international sending, the platform covers destinations and regions worldwide, with standard delivery in two to six days in Europe and Pick-up point delivery available in France and the Netherlands, alongside an international option with warranty. Customers select the destination and delivery options, complete recipient and sender details, then print the label at home or at a Post Office or Post Point; the platform also supports Flex Collect pick-up requests, shipment tracking, and ordering of shipping boxes through the bpost eShop.
