Bracket builds onchain vault infrastructure for tokenized strategies: asynchronous deposits, NAV accounting and policy-managed manager wallets.
Vault managers on Bracket hold restricted accounts: they cannot remove depositor funds, and the investment policy constrains allowed chains, assets, protocols, functions and leverage onchain rather than by promise. Returns are computed and reported consistently, with a transparent multi-vault view of underlying holdings and exposures.
The stack is audited and integrates qualified custody partners such as Fordefi, Utila and Fireblocks, with analytics from DefiLlama and Dune. Under Kaltra, the same production-tested vaults carry regulated distribution, compliance and investor onboarding that a standalone vault provider would have to build itself.

Onchain asset management is scaling from a niche into an institutional allocation channel. Assets under management across automated yield vaults, discretionary strategies, structured products and credit grew 118% in 2025 to $35 billion, with yield vaults the main entry point at $18 billion in deposits, and market estimates see the sector reaching $64-85 billion by 2026.
Tokenized private markets are following the same path: fund interests, private loans and structured deals are moving onchain with regulated distribution and verifiable NAV pricing. Bracket's vault rails sit inside that shift through Kaltra's tokenized private market platform, serving allocators who want fund mechanics with stablecoin settlement.

Bracket runs onchain vault infrastructure for funds, treasuries, protocols and distributors, offered both as the Bracket Platform and as white-label infrastructure. Vaults stage deposits and withdrawals asynchronously on the fund's own schedule, post NAV strikes with lot-level accounting, and process redemptions in order at the struck NAV.
Managers deploy capital through policy-controlled wallets that can only act within a vault's written investment policy, and vaults denominate in USDC, BTC or ETH. Bracket adds fund tokenization, KYC-gated onboarding and white-labeled interfaces so providers ship a branded yield product without building the operations stack.
