Over 300 base-mounted Constant Effort Spring Supports are laid out for inspection before packing and shipping. The supports are supplied to another large process furnace and delivered to site locked at the specified loading and travel position.

CPA designs and supplies engineered pipe supports and associated steelwork for heat recovery steam generators (HRSGs). It says it supplied more than 30 HRSG units worldwide in the last year.

CPA is supplying more than 350 pre-insulated pipe supports to an Ethylene Plant. The supports are insulated with Foamglass, which has load-bearing properties and is fire retardant.

CPA designed and manufactured more than 230 pre-insulated hot shoes for a power plant, for piping above 500°C and pipe sizes from 0.5 to 16 inches. The supports use high-density calcium silicate insulation.

CPA says it will hold its annual weeklong shutdown from 10–14 April for Thailand’s Songkran festival, which marks the Thai New Year in the Buddhist calendar.
