China Comservice provides telecommunications infrastructure, business process outsourcing, and applications, content and other services through three service segments: infrastructure covers communications network consultation, planning, design, engineering, construction and supervision; outsourcing covers network maintenance, property management, and supply chain and products distribution; applications, content and other services cover system integration, software development and system support, and value-added services.

Its customers include major telecommunications operators in the PRC and China Tower Corporation. It also serves domestic customers outside the telecommunications operator sector, including government agencies, industrial customers and small and medium enterprises, as well as overseas customers.
