Painting is a dual-layer lacquering system executed in robotic cabins with polymerisation ovens for a uniform finish. Nanotechnological pre-treatment with Convercoat HI-3 precedes electrostatic powder painting with epoxy and polyester.
The coating delivers greater UV and corrosion resistance, durability and custom colours and finishes, with a low environmental impact. An internal painting line, expanded in 2023 with a robotic booth, gives in-house finishing autonomy.
