Cyrus Platform is Cyrus Biotechnology's computational protein design offering combining AI and Rosetta-based design with laboratory mutagenesis screening.
The Cyrus platform integrates proprietary AI/ML and Rosetta computational protein-design methods with a biochemistry lab specializing in quantitative, large-scale mutagenesis scanning. Declared capabilities include protein structure prediction, T-cell and B-cell immunogenicity reduction, stability and serum half-life engineering, solubility and aggregation reduction, affinity and specificity tuning, and deep mutagenesis scanning of targeted protein families.
The platform has been applied across dozens of partnered discovery programs, and in 2022 Cyrus Biotechnology co-founded the OpenFold consortium, an open-source protein structure prediction effort, together with Amazon, NVIDIA, Genentech, Outpace, and Arzeda.
