Digested Organics LLC of Plymouth, Michigan engineers advanced superfiltration membrane systems positioned between ultrafiltration and nanofiltration, with a nominal 1 kDa cutoff that rejects more than 99 percent of larger molecules. Its patented hydrophilic chemistry resists fouling by fats, oils, and proteins, extends downstream RO element life, and restores performance with short chlorine or caustic cleans.

The compact spiral-wound elements fit standard housings with an expected two-to-three-year life and serve landfill leachate, anaerobic digestate, food and beverage, and industrial streams. Mott Corporation acquired the Michigan engineering company in March 2023, and its systems now support nutrient recovery, water reclamation, and product concentration worldwide.
