EGN, short for Executives' Global Network, runs professionally facilitated peer groups in which chief executives, senior leaders, and specialists meet in confidential settings to share experience and pressure-test decisions. The network reports roughly 13,000 members from more than 8,000 companies, organized in about 900 groups across some 70 functional areas and 13 countries in Europe and Asia, with each group kept small and matched by profession and management level.

The company operates country organizations under the egn.com brand and has belonged to Vistage Worldwide since the American peer-advisory organization acquired it in December 2022. Country teams of network advisors and facilitators are backed by a shared members' platform, the Members' Universe, which pairs closed forums for each group with webinars and a mobile app.
