Overview

Kibana is the open source interface to query, analyze, visualize, and manage data stored in Elasticsearch. It enables users to build interactive dashboards with metrics, charts, graphs, maps, and tables; detect anomalies with no-code machine learning; set intelligent alert rules; and investigate security events with timeline views.

Kibana integrates with Elastic Agent Builder for natural language query generation and explanation, and serves as the unified UI across Elastic's search, observability, and security use cases.
