ElectricFish
ElectricFish: A climate tech firm offering distributed energy storage and fast EV charging services.
Competitive Advantages
ElectricFish differentiates by decoupling charging power from instantaneous grid draw through onboard storage, which reduces the need for costly transformer upgrades and long utility queues. That model targets sites that conventional DC fast charging often cannot reach economically, including legacy fuel retail locations.
Patented hardware-software integration, including Reef CSMS and Stargazer AI agents, aims to turn each charger into a managed distributed energy resource rather than a pure load. Commercial messaging emphasizes revenue-share deployment options that lower capital barriers for site hosts.

Market Outlook
Demand for depot and retail EV charging continues to collide with constrained distribution capacity, creating a market for storage-buffered chargers that can install on existing low-voltage service. Policy programs supporting zero-emission transit and charging build-out further expand the addressable set of constrained sites.
ElectricFish is positioning Turbo Charge and 400squared toward Americas fuel retail and fleet operators that need high-power sessions without waiting for high-voltage upgrades. Competitive intensity remains high among hardware OEMs, charge-point operators, and battery-integrated charging startups.

Product Overview
400squared is ElectricFish hardware that combines roughly 400 kWh of onboard battery capacity with dual 400 kW CCS/NACS ports so sites can deliver ultra-fast charging from modest existing grid connections. Companion software includes Reef for station monitoring and Stargazer for AI-driven energy optimization and grid services.
The architecture is designed for gas stations, fleet depots, and other locations where utility upgrades would otherwise delay deployment by months or years. Public materials emphasize faster commissioning, lower interconnection power, and the ability to provide backup or grid-support services from the same unit.
