ENRICH Soft Landing Program gives European tech founders a university-based US landing desk, mentoring, SBDC consulting and visa hosting.
Run by ENRICH in the USA, the J-1 Soft Landing Program places European technology entrepreneurs and small firms in incubators and innovation centres at partner research universities in the United States, so they can test their offer and build a North American venture at reduced cost and risk. Participants get a dedicated desk with visa hosting or sponsorship, monthly mentor round tables, a named support team and access to the ENRICH network.
The program has five components: mentor round tables, the ENRICH Soft Landing team, Small Business Development Center services, a local university hub desk and an online community platform, averaging 12 to 15 hours of service a month over a typical 24-month period. Desk and office space is billed from 1,400 to 2,500 US dollars per month, paid quarterly to Temple University SBDC as ENRICH's lead United States coordinator, and applications go through an F6S form.
