Equitable Earth certifies nature-based carbon projects and assesses and monitors restoration projects on climate, biodiversity and local livelihoods through a fully digital platform that streamlines certification. The M001 Terrestrial Forest Restoration methodology continues to operate. Equitable Earth plans additional methodologies to certify a wider range of projects, including mangrove and multi-strata agroforestry projects.

Equitable Earth uses remote sensing and automated processes to estimate emission removals and reductions. The company works in close partnership worldwide with Indigenous peoples, local communities, governments and project developers.
