Overview

EventPipe is a cloud-based, self-service platform for managing event hotel housing, covering hotel contracting, room block management, and post-event reconciliation. Organizers send RFPs to hotels, negotiate proposals in the system, and launch branded booking sites for attendees without writing code. The platform tracks live inventory, manages reservations and waitlists, and generates commission invoices from reconciled room-night data.

Housing companies, event producers, CVBs, sports commissions, facilities, and associations use the platform for sports tournaments, city-wide events, conventions, and weddings. Hotel partners access their own portal to view pickup, confirm reservations, upload confirmation numbers, and respond to RFPs. Pacing and revenue reporting are provided by the built-in PipeSights reporting.
