Factors MCP is a hosted Model Context Protocol server exposing Factors.AI account intelligence to agents.
Factors MCP exposes the account-intelligence primitives the wider Factors.AI platform already computes, including intent signals, engagement and journey context, so an agent can answer account questions without a separate data-integration project. A team connects its existing Factors project rather than rebuilding a data layer.
Because the connector runs inside MCP-compatible clients and returns saved reports, funnels, events and KPIs from the customer's own project, account research and the follow-up action can happen in the same conversation instead of across separate tools. The same connector is reachable from assistant clients and from agentic coding clients.
Factors MCP began as the factors-mcp Python package, which packaged a Model Context Protocol server for the Factors.AI platform and connected it to desktop AI clients through a local installation. The package made the platform's agent tooling reachable from the command line and from client configuration files.
Factors.AI later added a hosted server endpoint and a custom-connector setup path alongside the package route, so the same offering could be attached to MCP-compatible clients without a local Python environment. The two setup paths are documented together as current options for the same connector.
Factors MCP is not priced as a standalone product. Access follows the customer's Factors.AI account: the connector requires an account with the platform's AI Features enabled, and it is authenticated with a personal access token issued from the account's settings.
Documentation describes the hosted connector and the package route as part of the existing platform subscription, and notes that on team and enterprise plans an owner adds the connector once for the organization while each member connects with their own token. Commercial terms therefore follow the customer's Factors.AI plan rather than a separate licence for the MCP server.
Factors MCP is a hosted Model Context Protocol server that connects an organization's Factors.AI account data to MCP-compatible AI clients such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor and Codex. It publishes account, journey, engagement, attribution, saved-report, funnel and KPI data as tools that an agent can call during a conversation.
The offering is delivered as an add-on to the Factors.AI platform, reached either through a hosted server endpoint or through a Python package installed in a local client configuration. It is aimed at revenue, marketing and customer-success teams that want account research, enrichment and follow-up actions to run inside the AI client they already use.
