Feast Farms

North American berry supply is seasonal and import-heavy: strawberries travel long distances, spoil in transit, and reach shoppers at a premium. Feast Farms grows premium strawberries indoors year-round in modular, climate-controlled vertical farms built around high-density racks, cultivar-specific LED lighting, and precision irrigation, then sells the fruit to grocery retailers, food-service operators, and institutional buyers.

Imported field-grown berries remain the default for most North American buyers, and vertical farms such as Plenty have concentrated on leafy greens rather than fruit, leaving indoor strawberry production a narrow field. Feast Farms competes on crop and proximity — a perishable premium berry grown near the buyer — and on a repeatable model where each facility's profits fund the next one.
