Engineers upload Gerber, ODB++, or IPC-D-356 design files and the platform automatically extracts board dimensions, layer counts, and test point locations. From there, users select their fixture tier (Dev, Dev Pro, or Production), configure signal interfaces and accessories, and receive real-time pricing with no quote cycles or hidden NRE fees.

The platform includes three core tools: a free Design for Test (DFT) Analysis tool that checks probe spacing, accessibility, and coverage gaps; a Test Strategy Generator that produces a test plan from schematic uploads; and a full Configure-Price-Quote workflow for fixture orders. Studio eliminates the need to become a fixture expert by encoding fixture design expertise into software, enabling hardware teams to go from design files to a confirmed fixture order in minutes rather than weeks.
