Frontier Health is a London-based healthcare technology company founded in 2024. It builds Juno, an AI agent designed for NHS administrative teams that automates repetitive, high-volume coordination work—such as referral triage, waiting-list validation, appointment booking, patient communications, and diagnostic result follow-ups—across existing clinical systems without requiring IT changes.

Juno operates with staff oversight and escalates cases for human review. At East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust, the platform saved more than 221 staff days in its first eight weeks, reduced median emergency-department patient time by 21.67%, checked blood results more than 9,000 times in one month, and supported more than 10,000 discharges in a month. Frontier Health raised $12.8 million in 2026, led by Atomico, to expand its NHS footprint and engineering teams.
