General Intuition is in talks to raise funding at a $6 billion pre-money valuation as it develops AI for robotics. Valor Equity Partners, Point72 Ventures, and Seven Seven Six are among the new investors, while existing backers Khosla Ventures and General Catalyst also participate. The proposed round follows a $320 million raise at a $2.3 billion valuation. General Intuition plans to use the funds to improve its model for robotic embodiments, expand compute infrastructure, and hire.
