Catherine has almost three decades of P&C insurance experience in audit, compliance, corporate governance, project management and finance. Catherine has held senior management positions such as chief compliance officer, director of internal audit, and VP project management.

Michael has over 30 years of experience in property and casualty insurance finance and operations. He has held senior financial roles and supported insurance operations and systems for commercial, specialty, and professional lines carriers. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Blackburn College.
