GMK designs individual HMI control units to customer requirements, with a modular development approach that enables short project lead times, flexible integration of interfaces, and planning certainty for timelines and budgets. Configuration modules span control board electronics from simple signal processing to complex control units, short-travel push-button systems with tactile feedback, environment-matched housings, and corporate-identity design including machine-specific terminology and logos.
The platform adds BUS connections for common industrial bus systems and protocols such as Profinet, EtherCAT, and CAN bus, plus add-on components including key switches, potentiometers, emergency stop buttons, RFID/NFC readers, incremental encoders, and specialized push buttons. GMK works with current industrial protection classes and certifications and has extensive experience in explosion protection (ATEX, UL HazLoc, IECEx), with foil design serving protective and decorative purposes and optional display and touch integration.
