Kevin D. Andrus, CFA has served as Chief Financial Officer of GMT Exploration Company LLC since 2018. Previously, Andrus managed energy investments at GMT Capital and co-founded Colorado Capital Advisors, LLC.

Mike Dilli joined GMT Exploration as vice president of geoscience in January 2008. He has more than 30 years of oil and gas experience, including 20 years as a new ventures and exploration geologist at Santa Fe Energy.

Philip G. Wood became vice president-land at GMT Energy Company in 2001 and has held the role at GMT Exploration Company LLC since the 2005 El Paso merger. Wood has 38 years of oil and gas experience.

Thomas E. Claugus served as chief executive officer and chairman of GMT Energy from its formation in 1991 until the merger. He has since served on the board and as chief executive of GMT Exploration.

GMT Exploration Company LLC is a privately held independent oil and natural gas company that generates, operates, and develops properties in Alberta, Canada, and Colorado’s DJ Basin. Formed in January 2005 as successor to GMT Energy Corp., it operates as GMT Exploration Zama Inc. in Alberta.
