Hubii began from the observation that family-owned retail is underestimated: millions of small stores already form a distribution network, but brands and distributors have no unified way to coordinate or measure it. Its platform connects those retailers, distributors and consumer brands into one system for trade and retail execution, so digital demand is fulfilled through shops that already exist rather than through new dark stores or parallel channels.
Hubii sells that platform to consumer brands as a way to run their physical route to market, turning sell-out, stockouts and assortment gaps into signals commercial teams can act on, while its consumer-facing Chegô operation places brand products in major digital marketplaces. Its differentiation is the channel it uses: it coordinates the retail network that already exists instead of building parallel logistics or replacing stores.
