Alpine Springs by FieldStone Homes and IHP Capital Partners is in its final selling stages. Located near Utah’s Silicon Slopes, the community offers six floor plans, including two rambler and four two-story options, with up to 4,539 square feet.

Trilogy Town Center Enclave, a 55+ community by Shea Homes and IHP Capital Partners, is closed out. It offers single-level homes and amenities in Summerlin, about 15 miles from downtown Las Vegas.

Docente at Old School House by Intracorp Homes and IHP Capital Partners is a Claremont, California community of single-family homes, condos and townhomes with Spanish-style architecture, private courtyards and access to the historic Village District.

At Kresston in Magnolia, Texas, 251 finished lots closed to six home builders. The community is being developed by Johnson Development and IHP Capital Partners.

IHP Capital Partners marked its collective achievements in 2024 and expressed commitment to people, projects and partnerships, with hopes for growth in 2025.

Chris Bley joined IHP Capital Partners in 2018, works on investment and origination strategies and deals, and serves on IHP’s Investment Committee. Bley is executive vice president of affiliate Newport Pacific Land Company.

Don Grant is a Co-Founder of IHP Capital Partners

Doug Neff is a Co-Founder of IHP Capital Partners and serves as Chairman of IHP’s Investment Committee. Mr. Neff is also the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Newport Pacific Land Company, an affiliate company of IHP Capital Partners.

Jennifer Dudley and Jeff Enes were promoted to Partner at IHP Capital Partners. Dudley joined IHP in 2014 and leads the Finance department.

IHP Capital Partners partnered with Veterans Legal Institute and Laura’s House to support families in need. Team members raised funds and collected, sorted and wrapped gifts.
