Inceptor Bio

Inceptor Bio is a clinical-stage biotechnology company whose OUTLAST platform metabolically reprograms T cells to thrive in the hostile tumor microenvironment by conditioning for the fittest, most persistent cells through controlled TME-like stress. Its lead program, IB-T101, is the first product based on the OUTLAST platform and an autologous CD70 CAR-T intended for clear cell renal cell carcinoma. Inceptor Bio has partnered with GRIT Bio on an investigator-initiated trial in China and retains ex-China rights to IB-T101.

IB-T101 significantly outperformed conventional CAR-T cells even at low CAR-T doses and after tumor re-challenge. Inceptor Bio is testing IB-T101 in patients with clear cell renal cell carcinoma who have relapsed on prior VEGF-targeting therapy alone or in combination with an immune checkpoint inhibitor.
