Life sciences sponsors lose months when the FDA issues a refusal to file, a clinical hold, or a warning letter, and smaller companies often attempt submissions without in-house regulatory depth. INGENES LLC works with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and cosmetics companies to plan submissions from IND, NDA, and BLA packages to 510(k), PMA, and De Novo devices.

Beyond submission packages, INGENES LLC oversees contract development and manufacturing organizations and contract research organizations on behalf of its clients, keeping vendor execution aligned with the regulatory strategy. The firm also supports grant strategy for NIH SBIR, STTR, and BARDA applications, acting as one accountable partner from early development through clearance rather than a collection of single-service consultancies.
