Fadeucravacitinib (ICP-488) is an investigational oral drug candidate from InnoCare Pharma that inhibits tyrosine kinase 2 through selective binding to the JH2 regulatory domain. By blocking downstream signaling of interleukin-23, interleukin-12, type 1 interferon and related inflammatory cytokines, it is designed to modulate autoimmune and inflammatory disease pathways while maintaining daily oral administration.

The candidate is studied across dermatology and systemic autoimmunity, with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis as its registrational indication and cutaneous lupus erythematosus and Sjogren's syndrome as additional development programs.
