Intuos builds an integrated aviation platform that unifies aviation management software, real-time flight monitoring, and predictive early-warnings maintenance. Its software suite, The Manager, centralises operations, training progression, fleet maintenance compliance, and multi-base coordination in one modular platform with audit-ready digital records. The hardware line includes the InFlight Monitor Unit, which transmits high-fidelity telemetry in real time via 4G or satellite.
The platform also includes the Engine Monitor Unit, which applies patent-protected acoustic machine-learning analysis to detect mechanical degradation without engine modification, suggesting maintenance proactively to help prevent AOG events. Intuos serves flight schools and aeroclubs, commercial operators, CAMO and maintenance organisations, and aircraft leasing, positioning integrated software-plus-hardware against the spreadsheets and manual processes through which much of the aircraft fleet is still managed.
The Manager digitalises multi-base scheduling, course management, digital flight logbooks, CBTA training, and airworthiness management as Intuos's modular aviation platform.
