Intuos›Intuos› offers Engine Monitor Unit

The Engine Monitor Unit is Intuos's acoustic engine health monitor for general aviation and commercial operators, using a microphone array and accelerometer with proprietary machine learning to track propeller RPM, vibration, and engine signatures in real time without engine modification.

Its machine learning models, trained on thousands of flight hours, detect degradation up to two months before critical failure and push risk-classified predictive maintenance alerts to The Manager's maintenance dashboard. The cabin-mounted device is removable, installs on airplanes and helicopters under EASA CS-STAN 061 without a Supplemental Type Certificate, and the acoustic approach is patent-protected.
