Invalda INVL manages asset management companies INVL Asset Management in Lithuania and Latvia, and conducts private capital activities through its representative in Poland. The Invalda INVL group also includes a financial advisory firm, INVL Financial Advisors, operating under the INVL Family Office brand with branches in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, and a land administration company, INVL Farmland Management. To align interests, the group also invests in its own managed products.
The company has managed the life insurance business since July 1, 2022, following the successful acquisition of a major Finnish life insurance company’s operations in the Baltic states.
The Invalda INVL group aims to create value responsibly by seizing investment opportunities in growing markets, focusing on asset classes and regions it understands best. Currently, it specializes in alternative investments and family office services.
