InvenTrust Properties

InvenTrust Properties is a real estate investment trust (REIT) specializing in the ownership, leasing, redevelopment, acquisition, and management of retail real estate properties, particularly open-air shopping centers. Their portfolio is concentrated on grocery-anchored and necessity-based centers, primarily located in Sun Belt markets known for favorable wage and population growth. These properties are designed to drive foot traffic through strong locations, experiential retail, and internet-resistant tenants.

The firm's investment philosophy emphasizes the importance of essential retail, focusing on properties that are anchored by top grocers and cater to everyday needs. This strategy ensures consistent demand and resilience against online retail trends. InvenTrust Properties is committed to enhancing the value of its assets through strategic redevelopment and active management, ensuring their properties remain attractive and competitive in thriving markets like Austin, TX, and Southern California.
