IVA, the Intelligent Virtual Agent from Ivalua, is an agentic assistant for procurement teams that executes tasks across the source-to-pay cycle, from intake and sourcing to contract, purchasing, invoicing, and payments. The agent operates on the provider's platform data model and follows the customer's own governance rules, with permissions and audit trails around every action.

Its engine, IVA Studio, is the management layer where teams define Skills, select from major LLM providers, and control what the agent can do. The product connects to broader enterprise AI estates and is offered as part of the provider's platform.
