RampRamp Procurement

Ramp Procurement is the purchasing and procurement offering within Ramp's corporate spend management platform, available as an add-on to Ramp Plus while its AI Intake feature is free for all Ramp customers. Employees describe what they need in plain language, and the product builds the request, routes approvals in parallel under rules set for budget, department, or vendor type, and completes vendor research, contract review, and compliance checks with embedded AI agents before a person signs off.

Once approved, the product generates purchase orders, performs two-way and three-way matching against invoices, receipts, and card transactions, and can issue a virtual card directly from a purchase order. It tracks contracts and renewal deadlines with pricing benchmarks, reports on purchase orders and budget impact, syncs purchase orders to QuickBooks Online and NetSuite, and connects to ticketing, contract, and risk tools such as Jira, Ironclad, DocuSign, and Vanta.
