JSTI delivers engineering consulting for transport, municipal, environmental and power projects across planning and design, supervision, inspection and project management.
JSTI grew from a state-owned public services institution that provided basic transport infrastructure into an employee-owned engineering consulting group after a 2002 conversion to private ownership in which employees became shareholders. The company offers planning consulting, survey and design, construction supervision, engineering inspection, project management, operations and maintenance, asset management and new-materials research across highway, municipal, waterway, rail, urban rail, environmental, aviation, water-conservancy, building and power projects.
The company maintains Class A qualifications across consulting, survey, design and urban and rural planning, and operates a research platform group at national, provincial, ministerial and municipal levels that studies transport-industry needs.
