Francis Burrows, Ph.D., has over 20 years of experience in drug discovery and development at small and large biotech companies. As Kura Oncology’s Chief Scientific Officer, he leads translational research, specializing in cancer biology and small molecule drug development. He has founded two biotech startups, including Conforma Therapeutics.

Jennifer Fulk joined Kura in 2026 with more than 20 years of financial and operating leadership experience spanning biopharmaceuticals, public companies and high-growth businesses. Most recently, she served as Chief Financial Officer at Soleno Therapeutics.

Dr. Vasconcelles joined Kura’s Board of Directors in 2024, offering over 25 years of oncology drug development experience. He previously served as Executive Vice President of Research, Development, and Medical Affairs at ImmunoGen and as Chief Medical Officer at another company.

Dr. Leoni brings over 15 years of drug development experience to Kura, with a focus on orphan diseases and oncology. She previously served as Executive Director of Medical Science at Kyowa Kirin, leading clinical programs including one that achieved international registration for a cancer treatment.
